THAT Council receive this “Financial Plan for Municipal Drinking Water Licence Renewal” report, dated February 17, 2026; THAT Council approve the Water Financial Plan #142-301A presented by Hemson, including the recommended water and sewer rates for 2026-2036; THAT Council acknowledge that the drinking water system is financially viable, and authorize submission to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH), as mandated under the Safe Drinking Water Act and Ontario Regulation 453/07; THAT Council authorize staff to submit the Municipal Drinking Water Licence Renewal Application for Drinking Water Licences #142-101 and #142-102 to the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP); AND FURTHER THAT 2026-2036 Utility Rates Bylaw 2026-12 be recommended for Council adoption.
