THAT the last item on the closed agenda be moved into open session.

THAT Council direct staff to complete a letter of support for Quinte Conservation's application to the Green Municipal Fund on behalf of Marmora and Lake.

THAT Council approve the draft budget of the Marmora and Lake Public Library, as presented.

THAT the foregoing minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake held Tuesday, January 20, 2026, be approved as presented.

THAT the foregoing minutes of the Special Regular Meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake held Monday, January 26, 2026, be approved as presented.

THAT the foregoing minutes and reports of the Committees and Boards listed are hereby received for information.

THAT Council receive the correspondence from resident Cheryle Leonard for information; AND FURTHER THAT Council direct staff to include a "Grants and Funding Applied For" summary section on the monthly CAO report.
