THAT Council approve the request from Tap and Tonic to permanently extend their Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) liquor licence to include the sale and service of alcohol to be consumed on their seasonal outdoor patio, located on their privately owned driveway, providing the patio does not encroach on the sidewalk/municipal property and that this sale and service of alcohol remains within the scope of their AGCO licence.
