THAT the Agenda for the Regular Meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake for Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, be approved as presented.

THAT Council receive the delegate's report regarding the SEHU Mobile Dental Van initiative and approve the Dr. Hamilton Crawford Memorial Arena parking lot as the location at which this program will be hosted in Marmora and Lake, in coordination with the Manager of Parks & Recreation/Facilities.

THAT the foregoing minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake held Tuesday, March 4th, 2025, be approved as presented.

THAT Council accept this "Statement of Council Remuneration and Expenses 2024" report, dated March 18th, 2025, for information, as amended.

THAT Council accept this “Municipal Facility Rental Fee Waiver & Reduction Request Policy” report, dated March 18th, 2025; AND FURTHER THAT Council direct staff to bring forward a final draft of the policy for Council approval at the next Regular Council Meeting.

THAT Council accept this “2024 OSIM Inspection Reports” report, dated March 18th, 2025, for information.

THAT Council accept this "CAO Status Update March 2025" report, dated March 18th, 2025, for information.

THAT the foregoing minutes and reports of the Committees and Boards listed are hereby received for information.

THAT Council approve The Auxiliary to Campbellford Memorial Hospital's request to hold their annual Tag Day in Marmora on Friday, May 16th, 2025.

THAT Council support the resolution made by the Town of LaSalle regarding tariffs on Canadian production and interprovincial trade barriers.

Being a bylaw to designate a head of the Corporation of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake for the purposes of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Being a bylaw to authorize the use of alternative voting methods (Internet and Telephone Voting) for the 2026 and subsequent Municipal Elections in the Municipality of Marmora and Lake.

THAT Council will proceed into a closed meeting session under the Municipal Act, Section 239 (2):  (e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; o Re: Litigation Update  (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; o Re: Organizational Review/Succession Planning  (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; o Re: Potential Surplus Land

THAT staff follow the direction of Council made in closed session.
