Council Meeting

THAT the agenda be amended to include, under item 15.1, that Council will proceed into a closed meeting session under the Municipal Act, Section 239(2)(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board (Re: Update on Proceedings); and Section 239(2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Re: Physician Recruitment).

THAT the Agenda for the Regular Meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake for Tuesday, March 5th, 2024, be approved as amended.

THAT the foregoing minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake held February 20th, 2024, be approved as presented.

THAT Council receive the inspection for information.

THAT the foregoing minutes and reports of the Committees and Boards listed are hereby received for information.

THAT Council receive the minutes for information.

THAT Council receive the letter for information.

THAT Council receive the correspondence for information.

THAT the correspondence of the Deputy Clerk is hereby received.

THAT Council will proceed into a closed meeting session under the Municipal Act, Section 239 (2):  (d) labour relations or employee negotiations; o Re: Union Negotiations  (e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; o Re: Update on Proceedings  (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees. o Re: Physician Recruitment

THAT staff follow the direction of Council made in closed session.

Being a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Regular Meeting of Council held on the 5th day of March, 2024.
