THAT the Minor Variance Application D13-08-2025, for lands located at 22 O'Brien Street, Marmora and Lake, legally described as Plan 727 S Part Lot 15, Marmora, to permit a reduced front yard setback of 8.9 metres, and a reduced side yard setback of 2.95 metres, BE APPROVED; AND THAT the Committee of Adjustment is satisfied that the application meets the four tests of minor variance.
